What we collect
Only what you type into the form: your first name, your email address, and your phone number if you choose to give one. You can read all ten tips without entering anything at all.
Why we collect it
To email you the Central New Jersey Seller's Checklist you requested, and — if you reply — to answer questions about selling your home. Bruce Parker sends those emails personally. There is no automated drip sequence.
Where it goes
Form submissions are delivered by Web3Forms, a form-delivery service, which passes your entry to Bruce Parker's email inbox. This site is hosted on Vercel. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not share it with other agents, lenders or lead-buying services.
How long we keep it
Your message stays in Bruce Parker's email records unless you ask him to delete it. Ask any time and it's removed.
Cookies and tracking
This site does not use advertising cookies and does not build a profile of you across other websites. If site analytics are in use, they measure aggregate page traffic only.
Your choices
Every email includes a way to opt out, and replying “unsubscribe” works just as well. To see, correct or delete what we hold, contact Bruce Parker directly.
